When putting up AdSense, the more ads they put on your page may mean more of the lower paying ads on your page.
Do some research.
- Look at other website/blog designs that are similar to yours and see where their ad placement is
- Look at websites/blogs that are successfully bringing in income and see how they have their ads
- Place ads in different positions on your website/blog and give each a separate channel. See which one has the most clicks and just keep that placement.
Recently Bob Schmuck took 2 of the 3 ads off one of my sites. It doubled the income! He kept the one with the most clicks. I’m still making change on that site, but maybe the ad changes will change it into dollars!
