When deciding what new sites to develop, you will want to decide which sites you need to bring in steady income. To do this, you will want to pair up and group sites and income streams that compliment each other. So that when one stream is trickling in the income, the other one will bring in a bigger stream.

DAY 26-CREATE A PLAN FOR STABLE INCOME

To create stable income, you will need to make a plan to own, create, develop, and market websites that are bringing in money at different times and during different circumstances. You will want to consider how the keywords, website, affiliates do in the following circumstances:

Good and poor economy

Times of day, week, month, year, etc.

Seasons

Holidays

School year and summer time

Weather (hot, cold, rainy, cloudy) seasons

Parts of the country (southern, northern, coastal, mountain)

With the changes in the search results pages with Google, you will want to consider what local searches do better at different times and in different circumstances.

Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your income streams, you will be able to create a stable income from your websites, affiliates, advertising, and blogs.

Even if you love to write, you will want to have a writer that you are comfortable and familiar with. This way if something comes up, you already have a writer ready to get started. Another reason is to gradually outsource as much as possible so that you can have the freedom to pick and choose what you do or do not work on. Financial freedom is all about choices. It doesn’t mean you don’t work or put time in a project, it means that you are free to choose how you spend your time and which projects that you spend your time on.

DAY 22-HIRE A COPY WRITER

Giving yourself a break a few times a month and using your copy writer will be a good idea. If possible, have two. A writer doesn’t have to be an American citizen to be good, but the writer should be fluent in English or whatever language that you need content in. Translating programs may be able to translate words but may have the order wrong, poor flow of words, and inaccurate word use. If you find consistent errors in spelling, grammar, use of words, and order of words, it is a sign the writer may not be proficient in the language that you need the content in.

When interviewing (in person, online, or over the phone) a potential writer, make sure you are both clear on the following needs:

Content specifics

Number of words per article

How many articles will be needed

Expected delivery time

How and when payments will be handled

Frequency of orders

When you have narrowed down the list of potential writers, order a few small articles from each of them. Request the writer provide websites and blogs that have samples of his or hers articles on them. Check the style of writing with the samples provided; they should be similar to the articles that you receive when your order is delivered. Note promptness of delivery, uniqueness of content, and quality. Inconsistencies may mean that the writing company outsources.

After you choose a writer, start with a few orders and gradually increase. Primarily use your first choice for a writer while sending the second writer some work. This will assure in the event the first writer doesn’t work out or is unavailable, you will have an established relationship with another writer. You can take a little time choosing your backup writer.

An accurate job description with clear, detailed instructions will be important when you are ready to outsource a task or job for your Internet projects. If you have been doing it yourself, this may make it easier.

DAY 10-CREATE OUTSOURCE JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

If you have been doing your own Internet developing and marketing, you should choose one task to create a job description and instructions. When you choose the task, you will need to do the following:

Write down each step as you do it

Go back and write the instructions

Time how long it takes for the task

Determine what you can afford to pay

When you have the description and instructions done, set it aside and go back later to review it. Time yourself completing the task and add a little bit extra for someone who may be new. Whoever you hire can give him or herself a “raise” by completing the task sooner.

Price the task so that a person is paid enough it is worth their time and will encourage loyalty and prompt completion. Go back and look over the job description and instructions and see if you want to edit it at all. Then have someone you trust look over it, to see if it is clear and accurate.

Repeat this for all the tasks you do, even the ones that you don’t want to outsource. This way if you have an unexpected situation come up that you have to have someone else do it, you will be prepared. Also, if you want passive income where you earn income with minimal amount of your time, eventually you will want to outsource all tasks.

When you have little income from the Internet, you probably do all your own work. This can be what you are good at and what you can do efficiently and then outsource the rest will help you use your time wisely.

DAY 9-LIST TASKS TO OUTSOURCE

Even if it may be a little while before you can outsource tasks, you will want to have a list ready. This will have two advantages:

1. You can focus on efficiency on the tasks that you want to do yourself

2. You will be able to create a job description and instructions

When you make your list of jobs and tasks to outsource, choose the ones that are time consuming and that you don’t enjoy doing. These are the ones you will tend to avoid, will take longer doing, and not do as efficiently. These are the tasks that reduce efficiency. When you are able to outsource them, you will increase efficiency.

Prioritize the list. You can prioritize it by any of the following:

Time it takes to do

Cost of outsourcing

Impact on project successes

Amount of personal dislike

Frequency it needs to be done

Lack of personal skills

Prioritizing the list may take time because you may need to do research on the cost of outsourcing and the availability of skilled people. You will want to find out not what the cheapest cost is, but what the lowest price for quality work is.

To be able to earn money online with Internet projects and/or self-employment, you may have to learn to live on less until you start seeing some results from your efforts.

DAY 8-REDUCE SPENDING

To know where you can cut back, you will need to know where your money is going. You will probably be surprised the amount of money you spend buying coffee or eating out. Knowing the amount of money that goes to financial institutes from interest payments is often a good motivator to pay off credit card debt and loans.

There are many ways to reduce spending. One way is to buy less. This is the first thing to do. You can start shopping sales, buy used, buy off brands, make do with what you have, and more. Once you spend less, you will have more funds available to pay down bills. Once bills are paid down, you will have money available to cut back on hours at wage earning which will allow you to spend more time developing your projects.

When you have more money available you will also be able to start outsourcing and investing money in your projects. Before you do, make sure your are putting money aside to save for slow times or drops in Internet income.

There are many ways to earning money on line. Many people want to get a website up and forget it until it is time to cash a check. Many Internet entrepreneurs do this, but it takes time to get results from marketing. During the time that you are waiting to see income from your website developing and marketing, you may need to have another source of income while you wait.

DAY 7-EARN INCOME ONLINE WITH SELF-EMPLOYMENT

Some of the ways to earn income is by getting paid for the things you already do for your own Internet projects. You can be self employed and do any of the following for others for a source of income:

Write content

Submit articles to article directories

Post comments on blogs and in forums

Create backlinks

Design websites

Account set ups

There are probably other tasks that you can do that others are willing to pay you to do it so that they can free up time for other tasks. Joining forums that cater to Internet entrepreneurs and affiliate marketers is a good way to start. Get to know the members and become a contributing member to have a better chance at getting work.

I believe to avoid burnout, it is important to take breaks from my business and do enjoyable things. I took Saturday off from wage earning and my business. I was tempted to bring my laptop since I wasn’t driving, but resisted and I am glad I did. I enjoyed a beautiful drive to Arivaca Lake and took pictures of some interesting people, the lake, abandoned businesses, and awesome scenery.

50 HOUR CHALLENGE

SATURDAY-I will consider about 4 hours part of my challenge because of the pictures that I took I can use for future projects and the brainstorming that I did as we drove.

I have some collage ideas for artwork that I jotted down

A logo for myself. I have many “Jan’s….” so I was looking for a logo idea that would be changeable so it could match each project, but still be consistent enough to be recognized as one of my projects. The logo will be able to use my many photographs! Still working on the details of it.

Blog ideas

SUNDAY-I spent about 2 hours on my challenge on writing related projects. I spent the time going over articles my writers have submitted and a new writer’s sample. I will be using the new writer, I really like her work. She is new to Internet article/content writing, but I know her and will work with her to help her get started. I did some organizing of the work I have available for my own projects and for my paid writing-1 hour

The break was rejuvenating. The relaxing drive with my friend, the walk around the lake, enjoying a drink at the local bar and the interesting people, good food, and relaxing. Went to bed early and didn’t have to get up for anything. It was very energizing.

Had a record day for my Adsense and getting comfortable with the success and results of the work I have been doing.

TOTAL 14/50 hours

I am looking forward to my income tax return soon. I have lots of plans for the money, including investing some in my Internet projects. I want to better manage my money better this year and my return will be a good jump start.

One of the first things is to give. I truly believe that giving keeps the money flow moving. There is room for more as it is circulated out. I also believe in the blessings of giving as promised in the Bible. I have experienced personally even though I struggle with developing a good giving habit. Other plans that I have for my income tax return includes the following:

I will be catching up on past due payments and paying ahead

I will be paying off some debt

I will also be putting money aside so I can stay on top of my rent (I wanted to move to somewhere more affordable, but wasn’t able to sign a lease before this one was up)

Take advantage savings when renewing my domains

This is some money management help that I found that will come in handy when you are getting an income tax return:

WISE AND SMART WAYS TO MANAGE YOUR MONEY BETTER

Smart money management is the key to achieve your financial goal. Have you ever given a thought why do you overspend? Do you spend on your own choice or being influenced overtly or covertly by your friends and family? There are various reasons which can compel you to spend beyond your means. To get rid of all these external and internal pressures and obligations, manage your money in a better way. Here are a few tips which attempt to make this task of money management little easier for you.

Debt management is the most crucial part of your money management. If you once being able to get out of your debt load, you do not have to pay the monthly installment any more and you can utilize that money in other ways. Imagine if you can pay off all your credit card loans, student loans, and mortgage loans, you will be almost saving a fortune. Make a proper budget and opt for a suitable debt relief program such as debt consolidation or credit counseling to eliminate or ease your debt burden.

Make your emergency fund as strong as possible. Wait until you have your tax refund in hand before you actually spend it. Emergency situation can arise anytime in your life like you may lose your job, need to bear a huge medical bill, need to buy a new car, and always stay prepared and save an amount for your future financial assistance.

Invest in mutual fund and Bonds especially in Security loans or Government Loans. Do not ignore your retirement savings, college funds, and other long-range investments. They will be extremely beneficial for your future. To reap financial rewards and achieve financial abundance make the right moves at the right time specially while saving and investing. If you are confident about future profits you can also invest in real estate and stock market.

Be your own boss. In a private business you can gain the financial freedom and work independently without any-body’s intervention. Nowadays thousand of easy and convenient on-line business options are available everywhere. If you are business minded, avail those opportunities and mange your own finances better. There is no assurance that by following the above mentioned ways, you will be able to manage your money with utmost perfection. You also have to act with consistence, patience and vigilance to mange your finances better. You will also require your family’s help and support regarding this matter. If you save but your spouse keeps on spending, it won’t serve the purpose at all.

If needed, consult a reliable financial adviser who can help you to manage your money better and guide you to plan a secure financial future ahead.

I have been sticking with my morning routine! Lots happening spiritually, clothes a little looser even though the scale hasn’t changed, and my income keeps increasing! The increase in income is not just because of the work I am doing every morning for my own projects, but also due to my son, Bob Schmuck and I getting together weekly and working on our projects together. Not only do we get focused and accomplish a list of tasks, it keeps us motivated through the week until we meet again.

ADSENSE

Had a record month and hit $100 in a record amount of time. I can’t wait to reach the next goal of a monthly check from Google and then set the next goal of $100 per week from my Adsense income!

BIBLE STUDY

It’s amazing how a bible study, fasting, and prayer can open my life to so much! YAY for a God who is still performing miracles today!

I am full of excitement and expectation for what lies ahead this year. My 50th year is definitely MY year of jubilee!!!
